Exchanges and Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original condition. Additionally, you’ll need proof of purchase and must contact us at Mzfavorites@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us, including any shipping fees. Please ship your return to the following address:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you if your return has been approved. Refunds will be issued only to your original payment method.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or delayed during shipping, please follow these steps:

Contact the Shipping Carrier: Notify the shipping carrier directly and file a claim for the lost or delayed package.

Notify Us: Contact us at Mzfavorites@gmail.com with the claim information and your order details.

Investigation and Claim: Once notified, we will also open a claim with the shipping carrier to locate your package.

Replacement Product: If the carrier determines the package is unrecoverable, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost to you. This process ensures all shipments are insured for your protection.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following items:

Used or opened products
If a product was purchased under a discount, promotional price, or bundle, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the original prices of the items retained. This means discounts on other products in the purchase will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
