Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery delays can occasionally occur

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  

Lost Packages

MZfavorites is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If your order is lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Item returned/ incorrect or invalid Address. 

If your item was returned to the original sender (Mzfavorites) please contact us to give us a different or the correct address so we can ship your items back as soon as possible. Items will be shipped out once they are returned to us. 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 Shipping is FREE on all orders via USPS “First Class Mail” Or we might use “Priority Mail” depending on cost or weight of product. 

If desired, you can pay extra for USPS “Priority Mail” (extra charges will be displayed as selected and will be calculated according to weight.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or Physical addresses

MZfavorites.com ships only to addresses within the U.S. If you live in an area like San Luis AZ or Somerton, where USPS does not deliver to physical addresses, please provide only your P.O. box number. 

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

MZfavorites is not responsible for any fees imposed during or after shipping. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
