Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery delays may occasionally occur, especially during high-order volumes or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers are generally active within 24 hours.
Lost or Delayed Packages
At MZfavorites, we are committed to ensuring a positive experience for our customers, even in cases of lost or delayed packages. While we are not directly liable for issues caused by shipping carriers, we will do everything possible to assist you in resolving the situation.
Steps to Resolve Lost or Delayed Packages:

Contact the Shipping Carrier:
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and obtain information about the status of your package. This is the first and essential step in resolving the issue. -
Notify Us:
After contacting the carrier, please inform us by emailing Mzfavorites@gmail.com or sending a text/WhatsApp message to +1 928-315-0860. Provide us with your order details and claim information. -
We’ll Investigate and Open a Claim:
Once notified, we will also open a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf to ensure every possible avenue is explored to locate your package. -
Replacement Packages:
If the shipping carrier determines that the package cannot be recovered, we will send a replacement package at no additional cost to you. We ensure all our shipments are insured to cover situations like these.
Please note that we can only issue a replacement after the shipping carrier has officially confirmed that the package is unrecoverable.
Returned Packages Due to Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address, please contact us to provide the correct information. We will reship your package as soon as it is returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or Physical Addresses
We ship only to addresses within the United States.
- If USPS does not deliver to your physical address (e.g., in areas like San Luis AZ or Somerton), please provide your P.O. box number during checkout.
- UPS shipments require a physical address—we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes via UPS.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MZfavorites is not responsible for any additional fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes). These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
