What is Juveness Cream and what are the benefits of using it? It's primary function is to moisturize your skin and give back it's natural glow. Although we cannot guarantee all benefits on every individual, some benefits seen are to:

  • Moisturize
  • Help with skin elasticity.
  • Prevent and reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Unify your skin tone.
  • Reduce imperfections caused by acne
  • Prevent early formation of expression lines
  • Soothe and relive shaving irritation. 

 

What is the difference between Plus, Light, Sensitive and Homme? All cream styles have EXACTLY the same ingredients, but with DIFFERENT percentages (%) of each ingredient in them. This is mainly on the percentage of the oils and beeswax that each style contains. This matters a lot because different skin types need different quantities of those oils. 

 

How do I know which cream is right for me? This depends on what skin type you have and not on your age. To make it simple to choose, look at the following examples:

  • Plus = "Normal" or Dry skin types. Normal means your skin is not greasy or dry, but in between. 
  • Light = Mixed or greasy skin types. Mixed means you "T" zone is greasy and the rest of your skin is either dry or normal. The consistency of this style is a little more liquid than the rest. 
  • Sensitive = for sensitive skin types. This is the same formula as the Plus style, but with less amount of beeswax it contains. If your skin gets irritated easily, this would be the best style for you. 
  • Homme = for Men or thick skin type since men usually have a thicker skin. The Homme style has a little thicker consistency than the rest, but the formula is most similar to the Plus style. 

 

How fast will I see results? Each individual's skin is different. Because of it, results depend on each individual's skin type, skin problems, how much cream each individual uses, and how consistent that individual is with their skin care. We've seen results within the first week of use, but we have also seen results after months of use, or on some individuals, no results at all. 

 

Will Juveness cream fix my advanced skin problems? This cream is not an aggressive cream, so if you have an advanced skin problem or you have tried many skin products and nothing fixes your problem, we recommend to see your medical provider. Although we recommend to see your medical provider, some of our customers have seen great results by using it, when nothing else seems to help.  

 

What are all the ingredients of Juveness creams? Basic ingredients: Wheat germ oil, Almond oil, Citric Acid, Vit A, Vit E, Jojoba seed oil, Beeswax.

  • Aceite de germen de trigo (Triticum Vulgare (Germ) Seed Oil)
  • Aceite de almendras (Prunus Amigdalus Dulcis Oil)
  • Aceite de girasol (Helianthus Annus Seed Oil)
  • Aceite de semillas de jojoba (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil)
  • Ceras Naturales (Beeswax)
  • Extracto de cítricos (Citrus Limonum Essential Oil)

 

Why do I see liquid/ Oil when I open it? This cream is all natural, because of it, preservatives are not used. Preservatives help keep the ingredients together in a cream. Since this cream does not contain preservatives, ingredients tend to separate which is completely normal. All you have to do is mix the cream with a clean, plastic piece. Try mixing it like you mean it :)

 

Why does my cream have a sandy feeling? This "Sandy feeling" is due to the beeswax that the cream contains as one of its ingredients. Beeswax is mainly used to help exfoliate your skin. We suggest that you let the cream dry and then allow them to fall of on their own. If this feeling bothers you, another option is to try our Sensitive cream, which contains a lot less of this ingredient. (You can also remove excess with a moist and clean towel. 

 

How do I know if my cream is spoiled?  To notice this, smell your cream. If your cream smell really bad, like stale (rancio), it means that your cream has spoiled. 

 

Does temperature affect my cream? YES! Please avoid exposing your cream to abrupt temperature changes. To conserve your cream in its best state,

Avoid:

  1. Places with excess moisture (shower room)
  2. Inside your car when really hot

 

Will exposure to heat during shipping make my cream spoil? NO! If your cream is sealed, your cream should be fine. Make sure to follow the steps given in the instruction flyer sent with your cream. Basic steps on this flyer will say to leave your cream inside your fridge for a few hours before opening. Once seal is broken and opened, make sure to mix and stir your cream really good (like you mean it). This will make the components of the cream stick together again. 

 

How much cream and at what time should I apply my cream? You can apply your cream at any time of the day and as much as you desire. This will depend on your skin type, but mainly on what you fell comfortable with.  We recommend for you to start by using a small amount, once a day. Once your skin adapts to it, or whenever you feel like it is necessary, you can apply bigger amounts and more than once a day.

 

Why is my cream's consistency and color different to the last cream I bought? Consistency, color and texture may vary because it is a natural cream. Unlike conventional creams and cosmetics, Juveness does not contain synthetic preservatives and is possible that its components, texture, color and odor may change. However, this does not mean that the formula will loose its efficiency.
